Level to Access Retainers

I agree the level to access a retainer and the market board should be lowered to 10. Limiting access to people after they run the first three dungeons "may" decrease the amount of RMT, but after hearing the shouts in each city it doesn't appear to be having an effect. It does decrease the games appeal to those who enjoy the social aspect of an mmo. Remember in 1.0 crafting was just as important as fighting and this restriction forces people who would rather level a craft than a fighting class to go in a direction they may not be comfortable with. I'm a legacy and had immediate access to retainers and selling items and couldn't believe that I had an airship pass before I had access to a retainer in the storyline. I hope something is done about this.

From my experience, there is no charge for the second retainer. It's just so you can play two markets at once, instead of being stuck to only one city.
