They need to put on an IP ban, because it takes only a few minutes for them to make another character and start spamming Shout and tell

There a problem in a lot of games. I think this is the first one where I have seen them be able to constantly roll my chat screen as faster than I can scroll it

I was offered gil yesterday :/ they should make an inbuild way to report them. You know like click the message and have the devs check the chat logs.

lol, so you think that makes it ok to buy gill? (that is how you are making it sound) gill is actually fairly easy to make other then making new characters, you just need to do something other then stand in a town crying that you can't make gill.

No, he's simply recognizing that generating gil is not our job, not our concern, and not possible for us as players to force on an economy. Balancing gil generation is SE's job. We just earn it.
