No cursor in fullscreen mode

Same problem here in Windows Vista

I have the same problem and also use Vista.

2. Mouse cursor disappears and becomes unusable.

I can theoretically use the cursor when I manage to get it over a button. What is of course pretty hard because it is invisible. When I move my mouse the cursor sometimes even gets visible for a split second.
