Keybind is incorrect for Set Targeting Mode to Enemies/Friends

** I am reposting this since my first post was moved to 'insufficient information' -- I am not sure what more information you need. I will include the template, but it's pretty clear what the issue is if you read what I wrote carefully.

    -----

    I am playing on PC.

If I go to keybind menu, targeting, and set key for Set Target Mode to PC, it incorrectly uses Enemies instead. If I press the key, it says Enemies above my HP bar.

Set Target Mode to Party works correctly

Set Target mode to Enemy Only shows up as Friends when I use the key.

Set Target Mode to All works correctly

The issue is with Enemies and Friends.

I tried just switching the keys for Enemies and Friends (using the key for target friends for enemies instead since they seem to be switched) but it does not work correctly. When it says Enemies at the bottom and I try to cast a spell while targeting an enemy, my target will change to a pc player instead.

    Steps:
    1. Go to Keybind menu
    2. Change keybind for Set Target Mode to Enemies
    3. Try to use the key.
    4. Targeting filter changes to Friends

Same with Set Target Mode to PC only. It goes to Enemies.
