1- Bugs must be corrected, so we have to deal with maintenances
2- This is no more BETA, we are paying for 9 hours of maintenance on period of 24 hours. (And probably more to come)
There is no solution to the problem, but there can be compensation.

I expect a commercial offer from SE, because we paid for the Early Access (at least most of us did, some claimed it's free O.O)

We paid for the EA. And somehow all we receive are apologizes. I want something more, real consideration, don't you?

Please SE, I do thank you for your hardwork, but give us a commercial encouragement for all the EA maintenances.

I'm not posting to complain but to obtain something in return for the current situation.

NB: no I haven't experienced other game launch (Why refering to former failures to justify the actual one)

No single person "purchased" Early Access, it was and is, a reward for people supporting the game before it's official release. The pre-purchase price (if there was one at all, most if not all digital copies are offered at full price) is figured into the final price of the game in all legitimate retailers offering it worldwide. If you paid any extra just for the Early Access code you were either swindled or obtained it through illegitimate and probably illegal means.

Nice to know that not even ARR can learn from other mmos mistakes.

The "mistakes" you are referring to are trial and error and dumb luck with server stability, what works for one data center does not mean it will work for all. I realize this is not common knowledge but if you have no idea what you are talking about, it is generally considered common sense not to talk about it.

So, you are probably right, with my download pre-order package I've been given 3 days of EA.
Basically you are saying that I shouldn't expect anything from EA because it's free. I take your advice wisely. Gifts are always rotten!!!

BUT, because I'm a woolhead mule:
I BELEIVE ONE DAY A GAME WILL BE LAUNCHED WITHOUT PROBLEM!!! YES I I DO! AND EARLY ACCESS WILL GO SMOOTHLY! Gamers, let's pray for better tomorrows and peace on Earth!
