I'm interested in knowing how they were to fix this particular bug during Beta when this particular bug didn't come up during Beta (certainly not that I heard about).

"Every MMO launch has problems"
- Maybe so, but that doesn't make them justified. Even though I expected problems to arrive, it doesn't mean I should receive those errors with a smile on my face.
That said I am having a great time when there are no problems. Will definitely sub.
I just don't understand how they knew what they needed to do to fix the servers after the 2nd time they took it down but turned the servers back on after 3 hours only to let us suffer without duty finder and knowingly taking the servers down at night again anyway.
A classic case of "damned if they do, damned if they don't" - if they put the servers back up, people will be able to continue to at the very least play the parts of the game that are working. However, people will complain that they can't do the instances and say "Why bother putting the game up at all?"
Sometimes you just gotta roll with the punches.

You realize the issue isn't the game, it's the fact that all fifty servers have reached a maximum load, right? That's not a bad thing SE should be ashamed of it's just something they need to address before Tuesday because if the servers are full now, imagine what happens when the 1.0 players and the people who didn't pre-order log in. 200,000 players quickly becomes one million and the issue right now is there is just not enough room. It means SE did a great job in publicity and it means the Beta was so well received, people WANT to play this game. Let the devs do their job to resolve this and stop blaming them or assuming they released a broken game. I don't think even they could have anticipated this many people opting to play.

Oh I know, but it would've been easier if they had just did what had to be done the first time. I mean if we all walk away from the game then we have no choice but to wait anyway right? Better than coming back 3 separate times only to realize that another maintenance is looming sometime soon.A classic case of "damned if they do, damned if they don't" - if they put the servers back up, people will be able to continue to at the very least play the parts of the game that are working. And I'd rather know that when I DO come back that everything will actually be functional, could've been running instances instead of struggling to grind with the moshpit of users out there lol.
Duty Finder worked after they second maintenance, it just wasn't long until it froze up again. I had no issue doing instanced Lvl 25 class quests, but main story was impossible. My friends were also able to to do 2 instances with the Duty Finder an hour before the servers went down. They should have just limited the number of people logging in the way they are going to do this time.
Hello!
Everyone is right!
1- Bugs must be corrected, so we have to deal with maintenances
2- This is no more BETA, we are paying for 9 hours of maintenance on period of 24 hours. (And probably more to come)
There is no solution to the problem, but there can be compensation.
I expect a commercial offer from SE, because we paid for the Early Access(at least most of us did, some claimed it's free O.O)
I petition for a commercial offer!
We paid for the EA. And somehow all we receive are apologizes. I want something more, real consideration, don't you?
Please SE, I do thank you for your hardwork, but give us a commercial encouragement for all the EA maintenances.
I'm not posting to complain but to obtain something in return for the current situation.
Do you think, this request we'll reach the commercial staff?
NB: no I haven't experienced other game launch (Why refering to former failures to justify the actual one)
