    I'm disappointed at you Square Enix

    I'm really disappointed at you. They won't even acknowledge our problem (NA&EU codes) you know .. as a college student living alone and struggling with money, I decided to support this amazing game before launch even though my wallet is dead from that +$1000 courses materials. but what do we get? bunch of lame-ass errors.

    I'm fine with sudden maintance and major bugs in the game. That is a usual thing for games at launch, but to the point where you can't even send correct codes to us and pretend like the problem doesn't exist?

    Since yesterday, I've been searching around all kind of forums for a fix and what do I find? bunch of lost people like me desperate to find a solution.

    I mean at least acknowledge the problem and say we are trying to fix it!

    If nothing happens tonight, I'm canceling my order. At least I'm going to end up with good grades and fat wallet.

    Verify that your payment actually went through. I pre-ordered back in Jul and received an order confirmation immediately afterward. While there were not codes in that email, I figured they would come in closer to launch. This assumption was wrong. It turned out that my payment, while confirmed, never actually went out. I canceled my order and pre-ordered another. The transaction was instant and I immediately received my codes. Your issue may be something else entirely, but if not, I hope this helps.

    I still cant get back on they said 5:30 pdt for me is at 8:30 and yet world still down they are trying to bring this game out to soon fix the problems first square enix

    Worlds are working and they tried to resolve the Code issue! Give them a break they have to deal with an ass load of problems right now.

    when? where? I wanna see something because I spent my weekend trying to get PSN store accept my code and looking for solutions in forums.

    The funny thing is... all the worlds that keep needing to be fixed are all US/EU servers... why dont the Jap servers have the same issues??? also in beta 4 only the us/eu servers kept going down... only viable comclusion to come up with is SE is more inclined to put their own countries servers first and leave the rest of us in the dust. repairs should be evenly distributed amoungs all servers... im sure japan has less players then some other countries.

    Server issues, and game bugs I can deal with, but problems with the codes sent out are major issues that should be addressed. Not acknowledging errors feels as if they don't care. I can relate to this.

    Having said that, the issue I have is not being able to join in on early access. This was eventually addressed by a community representative. It took a long time for their reply, and even though the problem isn't resolved as of yet I know they're trying. Extremely busy, and trying. So keep posting in this section. Keep looking for other threads detailing the same problems. Don't give up on this wonderful game. It may take a while but they'll hear you if you make yourself heard.

    Btw, changing the title of this thread, or making a new thread with a more technical heading may help you get the attention you need. A simple, "I'm disappointed in you..." sounds like a complaint thread that will be easily overlooked. Describe it for what it is-- a real problem that needs to be fixed.

    To be honest with you, I already gave up on finding soluation. It's mid-night already and im contacting amazon to cancel my delivery. I think I should've stuck with my rule (never buy games at launch). I'm pretty sure everything will be okay after 2-3weeks of game laucnh, but I will wait at least 6 months.
