    error 3108 ever get fixed?

    Did anyone get their error 3108 fixed? It for some reason makes a second FFXIV account that works but doesnt have your characters on it. I emailed them at 4:20am CST and never heard anything back. Also I got my preorder code from Gamestop so amazon trick wont work for me.
