    Pre-order purchasing is out of working?

    I've been trying several times to get the pre-order, but it shows "Payment Authorization Failed" all the time, no matter I change the different credit card. I'm pretty sure that my credit card's information are all correct, but it's still not working. I actually don't have any idea about this issue. Does anyone have any idea about this?

    I think that I got in somewhere. It seems like I'm not able to play this game as long as I'm not living in US. I'm currently living in Canada BTW. This is so ridiculous
