Wheres my EA code?

Just pre-ordered the digital PC version from the SE website. I got an email with the purchase info in it and a step by step list to install the client. There was no 6-3-6-3 or 20 digit code anywhere in the email though, there was also no link to download the client.

Am i missing something here? Do I have to wait until launch before I get my codes? Can I even download the client yet?.

Same exact thing happened to me! I emailed the support center but they won't get back till Monday most likely which is the day before official launch.....Wonder what they hell happened.

Well some other people on the forums are canceling their SE purchase and buying through Amazon and getting early access codes still, or so they say. Guess they still are?

I too, have paid for a game with Early Access and now find myself the victim of fraud.

With the money that I have already spent on SE? I am not Bruce Wayne. But I do wish I could use that method.

Stop telling people this. I see it all over, but others are saying the codes don't work. Maybe you got lucky and got in on one. But I have 3 friends who tried it and now they wasted money. I'm still waiting for them to fix my codes. Maybe I'm just bitter. This is a horrid launch. Worst then the previous one.

You also can't cancel an SE Europe order without going through the same e-mail support process, so there's no guarantee your order will even be cancelled. Nor is there a guarantee you will get a code, or a working code from Amazon or whoever else you order from. The fact of the matter is that SE's official site is STILL advertising pre-orders with early access as available, so that should be end of discussion.

It's valid, I did it and I was playing just now until server maintenance. I haven't heard of a single person who got a bad code from Amazon. If they say they didn't get it, tell them to check their e-mail again because the code isn't in the order confirmation, but in a second email they send out a few minutes later.
