"Leves of Moraby" - Cannot Initiate

Frequency:Every time I try to initiate quest.

Character name: Trilan L'accro
NPC name: Ourawann.
Class/Level: MRD 22
Party or solo: Solo.
In-game time: Happens around the clock.
Area and coordinates: Lower La Noscea: X: 22, Y: 34

Description: Whenever I try to initiate the quest "Leves of Moraby" there is no option to initiate the quest. I walk over to the area I need to be, demarcated by the red circle on the map, and nothing happens. I have tried logging in and out, zoning, and trying to abandon the quest (there is no option to do so.) I believe I meet all the requirements necessary to initiate the quest as I have already accepted it, I simply cannot initiate the quest.

Madbrozjz, check in your quest log for leves quest: "The Deathliest Catch". That is the Leves you need to initiate to complete "Leves of Moraby". All "Trial Leves" will have 2 Leves. The trial leves itself, and another leves that goes with that trial leves.

Not 2 leves... One quest and leve though is correct.
You can easily see which is the leve if you look at the icons...
