I have an nVidia GTX 660 Ti, maximum settings running 40 FPS in highly populated areas (pretty normal) and 60 FPS elsewhere. If maximum is too much for your current card, try using High (Desktop).

As I said,I already have a new card on order, but there are people with 770's and 670's in SLI that are getting really, really poor performance. I've just ordered an i5 4570 haswell another 8gb of RAM a new mobo and a GTX 670 oc which should blow this game out of the water, but as I said people with that card and higher seem to be suffering some what.
My benchmark scores were 6k on 1080p with max settings and 9100 with 720p max settings, but that doesn't seem to translate in-game. These scores were attained with a GTX 460 btw, and a gtx 670 is a straight up double performance over it so I don't understand what's wrong.
