I really don't get that logic - I mean, it would make sense if the game was functioning fairly well, but entire swaths of people cannot even complete the quests necessary for them to move beyond the starting areas.

I hate not being able to do anything "Instance" wise because I 1. Can't complete 2 quests thanks to this and 2. Can't do instances which is annoying as hell.

They're not saying they won't implement during peak hours not to bother the players.

They are saying they won't implement during peak hours because it will otherwise cause operational problems. Presumably the very large traffic might cause a high chance of data corruption if they attempt to fix it.

I don't know about everyone else, but I am off to bed. I had fun today until I hit lvl 15, and couldn't continue. I would love for them to fix this as soon as possible, but I'll be happy settling for finding out in the morning. Please fix this asap.
