So while the EU is the last think on your mind since you lot are so hell bent on giving japan and north America the best of service's what about the European people that have not had their codes, or have had a NA code, or even a wrong format code, I know a few people that ordered it for the PC and they had a PlayStation 3 code...
What is wrong with you people at Square?? maybe you don't like European currency? seems that way, you don't care about our codes and you seem hell bent on making sure the "Duty's" are working and not trying to resolve our issue when we should be playing early access...
I pre-ordered the CE-Edition like many other good people and played through the beta in all stages, and this is the thanks we get .. "hey guys its Joe blogs from Square Enix thanks for participating in the beta and for your feedback and your pre-orders but now we are going to fcuk you over and not give your codes out, instead we are going to prioritise NA not give the EU live chat OR email chat and keep email support open for NA and make sure they have the best out of the game and early access"
pre-order date 23 July 2013 confirmed payment its on my account but yet no code and no access to the early access... you people don't realise we can live with bugs server crashes and maintenance but we cant live without our codes that we paid our hard earned money for the very least you can do is admit there was a huge error on your end apologise sincerely and hope you don't lose too many players, and before you think, aww we will just reward them with 1 2 or 3 days free game time forget it! you will need to do a lot more than that, a unique mount for instance or roll back the servers so we are all on an even keel.
I seriously think you guys learned nothing from your previous mistakes you have made a good game but have turned it sour at the first hurdle good job !
Do yourself a favour and admit that mistakes were made and steps are being taken to resolve this issue swiftly!
