Where can I find the pre order bonus in game?

I put the pre order code and downloaded the erally access but cannot find any of the pre order bonuses not the minion nor the Moogle hat when I start my character. where can I find them? Do I need to create a new character? please help.

PS: I made the character in the open beta before inserting the pre order code. did this ruin everything? I am really worried

We won't get anything from pre-ordering the game or the CE edition if you purchased that until day 1 of live release, if all of the information I've gathered is correct.

It turned out no one will get any pre order bonus until the game official release, and you can find the items in moogle later.

I just found my answer in the game support desk and was number 1 in the must frequently asked question! my mistake sorry. lol


I still have a bad feeling about this cause I start the game in the open beta (phase 4) THEN after about a week I input the code with the pre order bonus and early access, maybe it wouldn't save in my account. >< please work please work please work. I WANT MY MOOGLE HATE!!
