Pre-order codes for SE orders

If you ordered your copy via the SE site they use a company called DigitalRiver to service their store. I called them and explained my issue, I was sent a code that was already used (Error 2), & they assured me that a new code would be sent to me within 72 hours.

DigitalRiver: 1-800-598-7450 (be sure to have your order number ready)

Just thought I would spread the word, hopefully this will help someone else.

I called them for a similar issue but there was nothing they could do. Essentially they told me that I could call back Monday if my Support ticket with Square-Enix did not provide solutions.

yes this is all well and said for the NA codes but what about the EU codes that they never bothered issuing at all??
