Poor FPS with high-end rig?

you might get the same performance if you just change your scheme to high performance.

I've tried everything possible to improve game performance but to no avail.Thing is,people with GTX 780 or GTX 670 in sli all complain of really poor FPS so it has to be something in the game somewhere.

Have you tried various drivers old and new? That's about all I can think of at this point :-/
