I had the same issue with sli 680s. Try to monitor your CPU speed and GFX speed. This is how I found out my CPU was not outputting 100% sorry that I can't help much more than that I hope you find out what is bogging the game down for you.

Have you tried various drivers old and new? That's about all I can think of at this point :-/
keep in mind, your cpu will run slower if it is overheated. make sure it is 60 celcius or below
I get:
Low fps on high settings high-pop servers.
High fps on high settings on low-pop servers
High fps on normal settings on any server.
GTX570 latest drivers blah blah blah.
Here's the weird thing... if I alt-tab out and back in my vid card goes down to 2D mode until I reboot my machine. Power settings are always on, etc. I'm definitely not new to vid card configs.
Atm I'm running phenom ii x4 850 @3.5Ghz, 8gb RAM, GTX 460 1gb SLI, very average system, Was a great gaming rig when I bought it but it's getting very outdated with the current games coming through. Had a great few years with it,never let me down but I think it's time to trade in for a better setup![]()
Game ran fine for me before the last update, now objects start freaking out and blinking when I get near them. Thought maybe it was an sli issue but I dunno.

I am running the following listed below. I pretty much stay at 60 fps unless it is some crazy ass fate with AOE spamming and then I drop to low 40s. Also if it is a super congested area I may drop into low 50s for a short bit.
Have not over clocked anything yet as I am still learning how to properly do that. CPU has H100i cooler on it and does not break 58 celcius during game. So far GPU has not broke 63 degrees.

I think it might be worth mentioning that it's not everytime I play that I get a complete shut off of my PC. Last night I played for 6-8 hours without a sniff of trouble.I played for 2 hours this afternoon and boom power off. So perhaps not an overheat problem? How confusing >.<
SE's console roots are showing through. They don't use multi-cores well at all. My CPU usage runs from 80-90% with this game on an i5-3570K,
I run this game on an i5-4670K, GTX660, 16GB RAM, 250GB SSD - have not had any framerate issues outside of the random TDRs (Timeout Detection and REcovery) I do run into some heating issues as at times my cooling system on the GTX660 goes into overdrive, producing clacking sounds as the heat pipes vibrate from increased RPMs from the 2 on-board fans. I plan to address this by adding additional air intake (I have only 1 fan at the front of the case and plan to double that) Otherwise, motherboard and CPU temps are nominal, maybe the PSU is running a bit warmer. In cities using the Standard graphics options, I get anywhere from 40-50 and 30-40 if I'm running on maximum.
My frames seem very jumpy and unstable.
My specs are:
GPU: GTX 670
CPU: i5-3570k @ 3.4 ghz
PSU: 750W
RAM: 8 GB
Is the game somewhat unoptimized?
I haven't read any complaints from others on this subject.
Everyone needs to make sure they have updated BIOS for their motherboard if their system is unstable (unexplained sudden reboots-system shutdown, for example) Also make sure you run a complete virus scan. Updated drivers for audio components as well as your graphics card is a must. If you own a PC, then it falls on your shoulders to make sure you maintain it, and that means both in the virtual sense as well as the physical (e.g., clean up dust build-up)
