Called the help line didn't get through sent a email still no reply....

I know I have a legacy account with the tattoo markers and I have the time.... im still waiting on a reply as to why I don't have access and why im not legacy set atm... this is odd and very weird and I know im not the only one with this issue, CAN YOU PLEASE look into this there are a lot of people with this same problem and a lot of people who are mad at this.
