Area and coordinates: Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks, while walking towards vendors/market boards. Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks walking towards moogle mailbox (Circular Platform area). North Shroud walking over the bridge towards Hyrstmill.
Steps: While walking in the above listed area's i would suddenly fall through the floor, the lower decks time I was able to walk through the water over towards the fisherman guild and was able to jump back up on the docks on the map. The other two listed above areas my movement was restricted to the area on the map that would normally be able to be traveling on.
