A system error occurred during event movement

Experiencing the same with "Oh Captain, My Captain" when speaking to Baldewyn. Theres about 20 players all frozen around the NPC unable to do anything except Alt + F4. This is on Behemoth.

Same issue on Ifrit quest.

Goblin server, clicked to start, 20 + players all standing around the spot all day now, so ongoing issue at this bottleneck.

Stuck at Painted Mesa

Impact: High - unable to progress through main storyline

Adding my name to this list with issues arising with the quest "Into a Copper Hell" Despite a lot of other people having issues with the duty finder, I have had almost no issues with it today, except when you were doing your emergency maintenance (EM). After the first round of EM, I was unable to use the duty finder and turn in any quests or progress through any quests that used cutscenes where you click on the "destination" area and a cutscene plays. After the second round of EM, the duty finder is working for me and I just completed a run through the Copper Mines. However, after exiting the mines and returning to the Painted Mesa in Ul'dah - I cannot progress to the next portion of the quest.

When I speak to Painted Mesa I get a screen that says if you're above level 21 that you'll be synced down and after clicking "Ok" nothing happens. I eventually got a message (about 30 seconds later) the first time I tried turning it in that said there was an issue with "a system error occurred during event movement." I tried turning it in again and I was just stuck, not able to move, not able to log out, etc. I had to "alt + F4" to exit. Tried speaking with Painted Mesa after re-logging in and I got the same exact thing happening. So, at this point, I cannot progress through the main storyline past Painted Mesa.

I'm still getting this error at 9PM PDT, after another emergency maintenance.

I've tried logging in and out, but every time I try to enter an instance it loads for a few minutes (black screen) and then goes back to the game and says "a system error occurred during event movement".

If I try to do it again it just loads indefinitely.

Please fix this, I can't progress in the story!!

This may not be a full prove plan, but i notice as soon as i accept the instance i tabbed out for 10sec then tabbed back to the game it allowed me to do this quest. I hope this helps
