Screen half black on rendered cutscenes

Rendered cutscenes- like the opening movie and the cutscene that plays after you first leave on an airship, have been showing the top half of the screen as black and cutting off half of the video. Has been happening to me since phase 4, didn't in phase 3.

AMD Radeon 7800, tried on multiple settings (max, low, standard), up to date drivers, I believe some people had this issue in phase 3 but this started happening only since phase 4 for me.

Its been happening since phase 4 for me. I don't know if it's still happening though. It only occurred for the opening cutscene.

I noticed it when my screen did the half black thing too in Beta4. At the time I unpatched it but the bugfix is available as a new windows update for some versions of windows and the win update patch fix worked just fine. Hope this is the issue and it helps your problem.
