    Ticket ignored entire Business day

    I had an issue with Early access registration and filed a ticket at 8 am EST. After being ignored all day, I decided to close the ticket at 9 pm EST and create a character from scratch. Now I can't even do that because the server I am attempting to get in is full, where several of my friends are.

    So the issue, really, is your business philosophy. What kind of first impression does this make for your new customers, and how do you think this will affect future sales? I really hoped that your customer service improved from FFXI but it clearly has not.
