Wheres my early access?!

I am a legacy player who bought the ORIGINAL collectors edition and also participated in the beta. As such because of this I was told that I would not have to repurchase the game and that I would have early access. When I try to log into the game, however, it asks for my early access code and neither my beta code or original code will work and they never sent me an early access code. Does anyone know if i'm missing something here?

na im gettin the same problem and i dont know if its a thing they need to fix or they just havent bothered sending us an email about it

When you say you are a legacy player, do you mean legacy as in you have played 1.0. Or do you mean you paid 3 months of game time during the 1.0 legacy campaign and your account is a legacy account?

its a lagacy account so i paid the aloted time in ver.1.0

i wasnt aware of the difference, i paid and played ver. 1.0 (collectors too), but had no idea there was a "legacy" period.. could someone direct me to the info, so i can see if i am a qualified legacy player...

Im in the same boat your in as well, legacy player, attended beta ph 3 and 4 and still no early access code.

Legacy players are people who had more than 3 months paid subscription time.

What came in the original collectors edition? Can you post some pics of it and the contents? Give ya something to do while we can't log into the game.

So if you had verison 1.0 and had legacy characters in the Beta, that doesn't necessarily mean you have a legacy account. Just trying to clarify, because I know I paid/played for more than 3 months, but cannot verify that information right at this moment.

As far as I know, there's 2 ways to find out if you're a legacy member or not. Go to the account management site and click on payment history to see if you have more than 3 months paid. Also, under services it should say whether or not you are legacy. I am not a legacy player so I cannot confirm this but it's what I have read from other legacy players.
