    "FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn has stopped working"

    Hello everyone! I hope you're all enjoying early access to the fullest. I am running into an issue preventing me from playing; and I've browsed over the forum to find those with a similar problem or solution. Because this isn't totally "in-game" I'm posting in technical support.

    When entering a cut scene, changing scenery (character create), & using Return my game freezes and I receive the following Windows dialog:



    When attempting to log back into that character, I experience the same problem again. If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    A lot of people are experiencing this issue, including myself

    I hope it's just the drivers that are causing this issue, and not an issue on SEs part.

    Probably it has something to do with the graphic stuttering and FPS loss issue. I bet it's a client's issue, so, SE's part.

    I am having the same issue.

    I have tried the following:
    - Nvidia G-Force GTS450 and I have the most up to date graphics drivers.
    - Re-installing the game, just today.
    - Checked to make sure any other items on my computer such as Java are up to date.
    - Made sure I was running as administrator.

    I am not sure what else I can do here.

    Edit: I have not experienced error 90000 or 3102.

    Yea I have the same problem here, drivers up to date... and I haven't been able to play at all, like so many people. We really need a work around atm, bu then again the servers arent stable anyhow. So I'm gladly waiting for a fix

    Update, I have also uninstalled any programs which I thought may be affecting it. Other games as well as closing down Steam. The only thing I have running is XIV and Teamspeak as well as other normal computer processes.

    Had it not been for this error, I would be able to have uninterrupted game play!

    This whole thing wouldn't be so bad but not being able to login 30 minutes+ after getting kicked is TERRIBLY TEDIOUS! Especially in the middle of a dungeon!

    Edit: I have received this twice during login / start screen as well...

    I've gotten this since the launch patch as well, very frustrating. I'm using newest beta drivers for Radeon HD7950

    I started getting ..game has stopping working.. windows looking for a solution.. error message starting around 3pm pacific time. Now every time i log into ff14 I get that same error message on loading screen to get into the game. Its not any particular graphic card or driver its the game doing it. Several people with different graphic cards are having this same issue.

    Yeah, I think they will not look into this before all that server congestion and restriction problem have being fixed.
    Too bad, I hope a fix or a workaroud come anytime soon.

    I wonder why so many people arent having this same issue.. why isnt it happening to everyone. People i saw with this issue had different types of video cards and it wasnt the driver.
