Hello, I am one of the many fools who registered their early access accounts wrong.
I went to the support page and fill out the form to have this problem fixed. After a few days I got an email from support saying that they are working on it and if I wanted to I could either call them or use their chat service.

The problem is the email is from EU support. The phone number is an EU number and when I tried the chat service the service rep was understandably not able to help since he/she is an EU support agent. I have been looking and I am not able to find a NA chat or telephone number to contact support. All I can find is the orignal form to fill out.

I am perfectly fine with waiting until support has time to help me but I am worried that when they get to my ticket it will be another EU support agent. I did file another ticket this time making sure I was in the NA support page. Is there anything else I can do? Anyone know of a NA chat service or telephone number?

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
