Unless you were a Legacy character and were provided with a character appearance reroll, I'm going to say the answer is currently no. You'd have to recreate your character from the beginning. Or, wait until they implement appearance change requests. There will likely be a fee attached to the latter option, as well as a TBD wait time for the option to be made available.
