Character Missing?

I had a character on Ultros (North American) server that I had gotten in earlier today and was doing an intro quest. My game had crashed and when I went to log in again, my character on Ultros was gone. This wouldn't be a big deal as it was low enough where I wouldn't mind restarting, but I can't even make a new character on the server anymore!

I put in a ticket to have the character restored if possible, but the ticket said it could take seven to ten days, thus I miss out on the early access. Is there any faster way to get this resolved so I can play at least by launch?

Update: My other beta character on Courel is still there, but I really want to play with my friends on Ultros. I don't want to make a lot of progress and have to do it all over again.

Ah cool after the maintenance I was able to actually re-make my character. Problem solved!
