About Us:
Hello there and welcome to Introspect, we are a hardcore community driven free company on the Diabolos server. Our core is a group of easy going real life friends originating from mostly FFXI. We are recruiting all players with a focus on clearing content and experiencing everything the game has to offer, our main goal is to build a lasting experience, community, and competitively clear content.

What We Expect From Our Members:

Desire For Success - We are driven as individuals to conquer new content as it is released. This requires a certain eagerness to play the game and rise up to difficult challenges. There is a lot someone can do to prepare for this and we expect our members to accomplish these things whether it be solo activities or with the aid of the Free Company. In essence we want you to be ready to give it your all, which may extend beyond the large group raid content.

You Are Not Here For Loot – Some people are driven by pixel rewards. As a whole we are here because we enjoy playing with our Free Company. We want people that are going to be here for the long haul and stick with it so we can experience and clear all of the content together proficiently.

Know Your Class/Role – You need to be well versed in your class/job as well as the encounter. We expect our players to be up to date on the latest changes to their classes. Know how this will affect your play style.

Have Thick Skin – If you are under preforming during times of serious progression we will work together with you to try to fix the situation. We ask that you don't get defensive about making mistakes, that sort of attitude holds the entire group back.

Camaraderie – A Free Company is a group of like-minded individuals that work together to for a common goal. You don’t have to be best friends with everyone but you can’t make everyone hate you. All guild mates are expected to show mutual respect for each other in game and on our forums. While we are serious about progression we are enjoy playing together. Hanging out in game/mumble outside of raid times is encouraged.

Our goal is before 2.1 we have some strong groups clearing Bahamut's Coil and ready to band together for the Crystal Tower and any other content that is released.
