Impressions of the PS3 version?

If you mean PS3 version it's distributed on BD and the game will anyway fully install on hard drive so there is no use of the original game disk after words at all.

It looks like they have the controls to use keyboard and mouse close but after spending hours trying to set key binds to the controller I simply could not find an easy way to bind one key to one button on my hotbar. This is a big downer for me and like mentioned several times in this thread, I will most likely not be playing a tank or healer because of this. Was a little deceiving seeing the gameplay guide for ps3 highlighting 1-0 keys use the hotbar, but simply doesn't appear to be the case. Maybe it was their intention to have the keyboard mapped for the xhotbar but I have yet to find anywhere how this actually works.

Target system drives me crazy... in some fights by the time I manage to target the enemy, he was alredy killed

What do you guys think of the PS3 version of this game?

the text seems to clip off the bottom and top of my TV screen and I can't find an option to fix that.

If you press START and go to SYSTEM you will find HUD LAYOUT. It is there that you can resize every UI window to fit your screen. Hope this helps!
