This service account cannot be used?

I keep getting this message when I try to use the same account I used during open beta has anyone else had this problem and if so has anyone been able to resolve it with out starting over

Are you a Legacy player or did you enter your early access code? Otherwise, you cannot access the game until release on the 27th.

I got a pre order code from Best Buy that I used I think I may have figured out why its giving me this error I believe that I registered a new service account and when I did that it rendered my old service account inactive my questions now are will I be charged double that I have two service accounts even If one of them is inactive and If I wait until Aug 27th would I be able to use my account that's not currently working?
