    I wish you the best of luck with recruitment. However, I do have one note to add. It would help if your recruitment officer was actually reachable, and would take the time to respond to PM's sent to him on your website. It gave me the impression that I was not worth responding to. I think I may have seen the eyes behind Paradigm's friendly mask.

    Either way, I have decided not to pursue an intense raiding schedule in FFXIV, so it doesn't matter too much to me anymore. I hope you find the tanks you are looking for (provided you take the time to talk with them).
