We're currently looking for one more warrior tank for 8 mans who will switch to a dps job for our 24 man raids.

We've closed all other classes but are still recruiting backup raiders.

I'd like to thank everyone on the server for all the support we've gotten and personally thank each and every one of the applicants who applied to our Free Company.

We're very happy with our server choice and feel Midgardsormr is fast becoming one of the standout servers for FFXIV.

We're in HIGH need of an extremely capable and experienced tank, specifically a Warrior. We're also still looking for a few more driven crafters/gatherers! If you're a skilled player but don't have the time to commit to a raid schedule, check out our backup raider positions!

All other positions within the core raider group are set to extremely low. What this means is that we are approaching our recruitment limit BUT will still consider EXCEPTIONAL applicants, this could be you!

Hello Midgardsormr!

We'd like to share what we have been up to the last few days and keep you up to date on our recruitment status.

On August 27th, Duck Frav, Yen Ly and Riddz XL became the first 3 level 50's on Midgardsormr. This was followed closely by several more of our members.

On August 29th, Paradigm's first 8 man group entered Ifrit (Hard) and prevailed!

On August 30th, Paradigm opened recruitment to high level crafters interested in expanding their resources and taking advantage of the other crafters already part of Paradigm.

On August 31st, We opened our recruitment to include social members. If you would like to be a part of a great team and have an high level of enthusiasm and a great attitude, we'd like to invite you to be a member in our Free Company.

On September 1st, We revamped our website and sped up our forums. The old address still works, but we have a new domain name, http://www.paradigmfc.com

We are still in need of a warrior tank for our progression groups.

Our free company is mostly comprised of West Coast players and those who work swing shifts so the times are definitely a bit late for those 9-5'ers on the East Coast.

If you have a solid set of raid experience behind you in other games and are willing to play warrior, throw in an app. We'd love to chat.

I got quite a bit of experience in raiding specially in WoW. I was part of a top 50 guild and was maining a DPS. Raided in WoW all the way to Mist of Pandaria and quit right when they released 5.2. I simply got bored of it and decided to wait for a new MMO and this was it. I was pretty much 100% attendance back then. This was my guild back then:

Currently though, I would prefer to play DPS as that was what I specialized in. I was usually top DPS 90% of the time and I loved learning the mechanics and mastering maximizing DPS on all encounters. I want to do that again in this game and I was hoping to find a guild that raided between 8-12pm PST. I'll throw in an app, but I would prefer to play a DPS class if ever there is still a spot open for an exceptional experienced raider
