Fell down marauder guild bridge

ground of the bridge under me disappeared and I fell down on to the water. Now i can freely walk ON the water, accessing places you weren't suppose to.

Steps:
I was sprinting on the bridge toward the Marauder Guild when I suddenly fell down. it did hurt me with 343 DMG.
Now i can freely walk on the water all around me.
