No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

EVERY TIME I TRY TO LOG ON! I have been playing the Beta since Phase 2, and I was even a 1.0 player, and no matter what I do, it just will NOT let me play right now. I even played in phase 4 and have a level 13 Arcanist ready to go... Anyone know what to do before I bang my head on the wall?

if PS3 where did you buy it?
if PSN, was it between the 13th and 15th? if so look around more as the reason is now well documented

yeah, stop making a toon on a LEGACY server. Go choose a non legacy one. You cannot make more on legacy ones.

Never made a character on a legacy server and right now I can't even get past the client...

Also it is on PC... And again, I bought this several years back when 1.0 came out.

all i can say is...don't leave any cracks in the wall, that S*** isn't cheap to repair

Do you have an early access code? Are you a legacy member?

Legacy members are people who paid for 3 months in 2012 after the game went free to play. Legacy is NOT owning the previous version.

If you meet none of the above requirements, you cannot play.

No I'm not legacy but I preordered this game like a long time before 1.0 even came out... I played in Phase 4 so I should definitely get early access but I have no code.

I tell you what... I preordered 1.0 and was in all their little beta tests expect for Phase 1. If I don't have early access, I can't even describe how pissed off that makes me.
