Forum not updating character level

So is there a massive delay in my character level being updated on the forums? It says 22 and I haven't been level 22 for about 5 hours now. I was level 25 when I logged off.

I figured I could hop on the forums and post my FC recruitment message now while maintenance was going on. Guess that's out of the question. How often does this update?

I am sure it is part of the Error fix going on now. If the game worlds are not allowing instance advance then it will surely affect the way the forum code can read level sets. I am sure they will have it fixed soon.

With servers going down and errors all around, wouldn't surprise me if they disabled this, because that's an extra query to a (ultra accessed atm) database.

be happy, at least you got a character face. Mine is nonexistent.

Well, I unequipped my hat (and they updated my level and the Lodestone is updated) but they didn't update my image w/o the stupid onion hat. I think there is a delay in processing character levels to the forums and Lodestone, as when I checked Lodestone after acquiring Level 8 Arcanist it still had me listed as Level 3... Come back from work, find out we're in maintenance and find out they updated the stats but not the look... *lesigh*

Could just be due to congestion and I wouldn't expect a connection between the two until after the maintenance. I think it'll work great in a couple says of adjustments

what i hate is that it shows me as a conjurer but it shows my character in his alchemist gear! so shabby haha

Duma, it shows you as a Conjurer because that was the main class you selected, and its showing you in your alchemist gear because that's what you logged off in.

my guess was the forum would only update things once every 12hrs or so, not instantly when you level. I also suspect that it may be disabled currently (or on 24 hr refresh, checks for updated info when your daily restrictions reset) due to EVERYONE spamming onto the forums every time there is an ingame hiccup and also to lessen any load on the data centers until everything is fully stabilized

i expect they didn't stop from refreshing the data as it is a condition to post on several interresting part of the forum...(not the bug part)...
