I'm stuck at a catch-22 where my SE account, cobault, has been suspended because I used the account on another computer. On the other hand, I can't correct this issue on my own because my account email had been terminated due to being hacked and corrupted years ago. (At least, I assume this email is the one connected to my account, since I have checked my other emails and none have recieved anything from SE when I try to correct the suspension issue)
I also want to have my account email changed to my current one. I would really like to have this account available to me, because I played FFXIV version 1 and would like to keep my account's perks.
I also submitted two tickets to customer service a few days apart. It said in an email that they would reply in up to two days, but it's been over a week now and I would actually like to be able to play FFXIV when it comes out. My ticket numbers are 2507971 and 2533075.
