My character from Phase 4 is nowhere to be found when I attempt to log in, nor can lodestone find it. The last time I played was during Phase 4 and I received the well known "3102" error before calling it quits. Now when I try to load up the game, it tells me I have no characters saved, and my only option is to create a new one.

Time Error 3102 occurred and booted me was on Sunday, August 18 at approximately 12:00-1:30am.
