Haukke Manor bug

I just attempted a run through the Haukke Manor and encountered a possible bug. Three objectives were completed without any action on my party's part and the only monster I found at the beginning was invulnerable to damage. Also, aside from that monster, the manor was completely empty. My party couldn't make any progress, so we had to leave the dungeon. We haven't attempted a retry yet, but we're hoping this is a one-time glitch.
