after 26 hours i had autoresponse:
This email has been sent to notify you that your ticket was received properly. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the delay in responding to your ticket directly."
and that was 29 hours ago
actual person response non after 55 hours![]()
I'm at 20 hours on my third ticket. Still dealing with the region code issue.
Still waiting for a reply to my ticket sent @ 08/21/2013 21:20.
EDIT : So to keep with the theme, this would make mine.... 77 hrs without a response beside the automated one. orz

Still waiting for a reply to my ticket where my preorder code says it is invalid when I haven't used it yet.
EDIT: Forgot to mention I put mine in at 6AM, so 12 hours ago as of this posting. Guess I can forget about early access if people are getting auto-reply messages 20 hours in.
I love preordering shit and having the preorder codes mess up before the game even launches. I'm seriously considering cancelling my preorder. It's not a good sign that they couldn't get their preorder codes down to the right system or region.

Nope, no response after 2 days trying. All I want is them to send me my 20 digit windows code.
Shouldn't be hard..........but well seems it is too hard for Square Enix to do.
