Under the Sultantree bugged

I as well as a hundred others are stuck when starting Under the Sultantree, at the base of the sultantree. The only fix is to log out but that does not help the fact that the quest is broken and cannot be completed when tried again. A few people have claimed to have gotten through so it seems like many of SE's many glitched entities, works for some but for the masses you're screwed.

I'm having the same problem, only when i exit game to get out of black screen get another error that doesnt find the server list for NA/EU

I am experiencing this problem too. Error 10102. It was originally Error 9000.

World: Midgardsormr
Location: Central Thanalan (Sultantree)
Frequency: Every time I try to participate in the instance.
Steps: 1. Select the NPC to initiate the instance
2. The game locks me out as soon as the loading screen arises, trapping me in limbo. Error 10102
3. I tried logging out and logging back in, but that didn't help. Error 9000
