    Digital River just cancelled my order!!

    Just received an email stating that my order has been canceled for the CE pc version. I'm on the phone with support right now.

    They are saying since I ordered a Physical copy of the PC CE AND a digital copy (for my brother) under the same credit card. They got confused so they decided to cancel my physical copy.

    Now they are stating there is no guarantee that I am going to receive it since the item is a collectors and already sold out.

    FU digital river!

    That is awful, who are they to decide that they are gonna cancel something for a customer. People do buy two copies of stuff, and it is a MMO so if there are two people in a house they need TWO COPIES to play together.

    Shame on them, and I hope you get your physical CE. Sorry that happened to you.

    If they had it reserved for you until now its not like theyve just thrown it down the toilet O.o I'm not hearing great things about Digital River (or any of this pre-order fiasco infact. SE need to reign in on bad resellers)

    I have to wait 3-5 business days to hear back to see if I can still get it.

    I did the same thing for my wife........... but I used two diff emails, same CC though. They better not cancel my CE edition. I will kill a b*tch.

    I've had this happen before. Makes you wonder who the person is exactly that decides you meant to order one instead of two. How do you decide that?

    +1. No one just assumes it was an accident and cancels without contacting first. Someone did that on purpose to swipe that copy for themselves. I worked retail and I saw crooked crap like this happen all the time.

    Either they figure it out and get you your copy back or they'll have to find another one, or they will tell you SOL.
