Unable to login - error 10102

was in a story mission.

Returning to main crystal in Limsa Lominsa from Shroud and got "Connection Lost", Error 10102.
Trying to reconnect, keep getting a massive queue (500ish), get the loading screen then after 15 seconds or so, "Connection Lost" (Error 10102)
Occasionally the error will switch to Error 90000.

I entered Limsa Lominsa gats via lower Lanoscea and DC'd with error 90000. Now I can't log in, it gives me error 10102 when I attempt to log in.
