    Yes it is confirmed that 30 LNC / 15 MRD works. Can anyone confirm that 30 LNC / 15 PUG does NOT work (meaning you tried to unlock before leveling MRD)?

    tested: can't take dragoon with 30LNC and 20PUG. I have to lvl up MRD quickly..
