QUEUE is Failing / Error 1017

I don't know, some mod feed back would be nice, to at least know that these kinds of things are being looked at or that they are already aware of the issue. If its something they are doing on purpose fine, but say so. I get that they are limiting logins but what happened to my position in queue window, why am I just getting booted on every character I try to login with. People just want to know whats going on, they want to play your game and give you their money for gods sake, so just let people know whats up, please

Been trying to get on since 16.30. I've been getting one of the two things take place:

a) When clicking Start from the title screen, I get the character selection screen say "Unable to update the Group NA/EU Character List". If I then click the World button and get the World Selection list, the Group NA/EU column has nothing there and says Obtaining the World list... but never completes.

b) When clicking Start from the title screen, I get the character selection screen with my character there, but then when trying to use it, I get either "This World is currently full. Please wait until an opening is available and try again. Code 1017 or I manage to get the "The World is currently full. Players in queue: <insert number of people in the queue>, but up to 5 minutes later, it boots me from the queue and I'm back to the same cycle of trying to get back in the queue.

As i'm writing this, i've finally managed to get in, but off and on trying for 5 hours is not really very helpful.

Appreciate that you guys are likely doing all you can and that there is a limitation system in place presently, but surely it should work with clear correct information as to what the user is to expect, rather than the above random results (and thus why I'm putting this up here, as the random results are very much a bug imo).

If the limitation system allows everyone to get to the queue and sit there until they are allowed in, then that would be fine and as intended. Simples.

EDIT: 10 mins later it kicks me and I'm back to the same place again.... along with an additional "Connection with the server was lost (10102 error)" message when it seemed like i was logging on. Dont know what exactly they are doing, but the limiting system really isnt working out well it seems :/

Come on guys follow your set procedure!
I wouldn't mind sitting in queue for an hour if I knew i was in the queue and not just blocked because the flow restrictions are to tight.

Login isn't the only issue , duty finder and just zoning can cause disconnects which then result in people running into the "full" servers...
