QUEUE is Failing / Error 1017

After all the problems with getting into both beta 3 and 4 as well as my early access problems that I had to wait over 3 hours long distance to square enix support to fix and over 12 hours of lost early access time that I paid damn good money for especially since I've pre-ordered on ps3 since day one of the pre-orders back in 1.0 days,etc.. and all the years that I've supported square,enix and square enix's games (every single one of them) and now I have these 1017 problems for hours too..not to mention all the others.. we better get some sort of reimbursement for our money and time in the form of game content like special items or something,since we pretty much didn't get our early access,etc..

My bf is online right now. People are literally just standing around afk and not logging out out of fear of never being able to log in again. Why isn't there an auto kick afk feature??? People in chat are saying they will "never log out again" because of all this.

All of my characters are running into this, but the one I've been repeatedly attempting is as follows:
