Displaying Name options not Adjusted for Western Names

The the "Character Configuration" menu,
under "Display Name Setting"...
The "Display Type" option for "Surname Only" and "Forename Only" is Backwards.

example:
Character
Ixy Mnementh
Forename: Ixy
Surname: Mnementh

but the display list Mnementh as the Forename, and Ixy Surname...

the character creator has it in the correct order
