Where are my CE items? :-(

Hi, I bought the Collectors Edition Digital version from the psn store 2 days ago and i've still not recieved my CE items, i've had no email for a code, nothing at all. Also I can't even setup a monthly subscription for my account, it isn't listed under my account that i have the CE edition and just says i have 2 days free trial remaining...

I've checked my spam folder and no code, that guide is useless for me because I don't have a code, I bought my digital version from the playstation store.

I don't have an email with a code, it's not the pc digital version I have it's the PS3 one from the PSN store, not a physcial copy either, the digital version

Well this sucks i've bought a game that i can't play after today because my free trial runs out lol, can't even set p a subscription because apparently accroding to sqenix I don't have the CE edition on my ps3 o.O
