    Graphics stutter

    I have a HD7870 and get stuttering at random places, mostly outdoors. Looks worse if turning the camera side on and it looks like a timelapse video (just terrain not the character) Only way I can make it run smooth is activating 30FPS vsync with borderless window. any other vsync or off with other screen modes then I still have the bug.
    This only started with Phase 4 and the character creation benchmark. Other betas where fine. Even when stuttering I have 45 to 60fps. I can play lots of other games with no stuttering. Can also turn graphics down and it still does it

    I can verify this problem still exists. I tried upgrading to the 13.8b2 drivers which were supposed to "fix" some FFXIV issues, but it did not fix the stuttering. I have a 7970.

    yes I tried that driver and it did boost the fps but not fix the stuttering. Just glad the game runs smooth with 30fps vsync but would like the 60fps to work
