Stuck in Instance status

Ok first off im sorry if this has been brought up i another thread but I cannot find it after 2h of searching through the forums. So I made this one.

So here is my problem:

This is Early Access and I am stuck in Instance status (The red arrow next to your name)

and I cannot get into any instance at all no story quests, no dungeons nothing so I cannot progress further on my character that is lvl 22. This started right AFTER the emergency maintenance. I was in an instance when the emergency maintenance started since we didnt get any warning about the maintenance. So my guess would be that im stuck in that state since I was in an instance when i got dcd from the server.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Edit: Ok so today the instance thing got fixed so I could play with my character so I did. Then there was a maintenance. After that I got the 1017 error and cannot log into my Arcanist. Im getting tired of the errors. So Wipe the characters since it only seems to be problems with the ones that are now and you cant seem to fix it.

Personally I can lvl to 20 in like 6h so I can manage to lose my Arcanist. Dont want to but if that fixes the problem then I think you should wipe the characters and start over and see if it persists, since all these like 5-6 maintenances that has been done since Early Access started havent fixed anything. sad but true.

Also this is my personal opinion and do in no way reflect that I have knowledge superior to Square Enix's staff. Its simply an opinion and a suggestion for a way that could potentially fix most of the character bound problems we have been experiencing. Since the character data is from Phase 4 and thus is alittle differrent than Early Access's character data because of updates etc. Also I dont want people that is new on release to get these problems day one and ruin an otherwise awsome game.
